Terms of Service & Exchange Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

By using our USDT to INR exchange service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Exchange Scope & Nature of Service

Our platform provides a Direct Cash Deposit (CDM/Branch) conversion service for converting USDT Tether to Indian Rupees (INR) in India. This service is designed to eliminate the risks associated with traditional P2P cryptocurrency exchanges by using physical cash deposits directly into your bank account.

We support TRC20 (TRON), BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain), and ERC20 (Ethereum) networks for USDT transfers. Our field representatives visit official Bank Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) or bank branch cash counters to deposit physical currency directly into your designated bank account after blockchain verification.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our exchange service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate Bank Details: You must provide 100% accurate bank details including Account Number, Account Holder Name, Bank Name, and IFSC Code. We are not liable for failed deposits due to incorrect information provided by you.
  • Valid TxID Submission: You must provide a valid, authentic 64-character transaction hash (TxID) from the blockchain. Fake or invalid TxID submissions will result in immediate order rejection.
  • Legitimate Funds: You confirm that the USDT being exchanged is legitimately obtained and does not originate from illegal activities, scams, or fraud.
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions and foreign exchange.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, fraud, and illegal activities:

We strictly prohibit the exchange of illicit funds, scammed cryptocurrency, or proceeds from illegal activities. Any attempt to exchange such funds will result in immediate order rejection, permanent account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.

  • Fake TxID Submissions: Submitting fake, manipulated, or invalid transaction hashes will result in immediate order rejection and potential blacklisting.
  • Scammed Funds: We do not accept USDT obtained through scams, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
  • Illegal Activities: Any USDT linked to criminal activities, terrorism financing, or money laundering will be reported to authorities.

Transaction Processing Times

Processing times depend on several factors:

  • Blockchain Confirmations: TRC20 typically confirms in 1-2 minutes, BEP20 in 3-5 minutes, and ERC20 may take 15-30 minutes depending on network congestion.
  • Bank CDM Hours: Cash deposits can only be made during bank CDM operational hours. Deposits outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • Verification Time: Once blockchain confirmation is received, our team verifies the transaction and initiates the cash deposit process.
  • Total Processing: Most transactions are completed within 2-6 hours during business days, subject to the above factors.

Finality of Transactions

Once the cash deposit is completed:

Completed bank cash deposits are final and non-reversible once the bank issues the deposit receipt slip. The transaction is considered complete when the INR amount is successfully credited to your bank account.

  • No Reversals: Once the cash deposit is made, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
  • Receipt as Proof: The bank deposit receipt slip serves as definitive proof of completed transaction.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be raised before the cash deposit is executed. Post-deposit disputes will not be entertained.
